This New Moon is Different

Today’s new moon forms at the 27th degree of Aries. Close to the completion of the sign. The moon joins the Sun, Mercury, Mars, Saturn, Neptune, and Chiron in a stellium of fresh start energy.

This is an alignment of intentional movement. We learn about moving from intent in various ways. First, we find ourselves within a flow of intent. Then we commit, “body and soul” as they say, to a direction, a trajectory of life that supports our fresh energies. And, so, the learning begins.

Slowly at first, though today’s energies seem urgent, a new consciousness of movement begins through us.

At the moment, my healing requires physical concentration to type, an activity that is usually effortless. Body says, “Slow down, all will be well if single-pointed focus is brought to bear.” Not sure how the bears feel about that. LOL

The alignment moment is now. How does it feel?

What random thoughts may have brought us to this moment? To what might we be committed going forward? Is there committed alignment within us that might be reflected outward? This is an alignment of observation and gratitude. What careful, baby steps will we take? Not in a rush of cosmic urgency, but from the certainty that we are always supported?
