This Wesak Moon

The flower moon of 1st May. A celebratory event in many traditions. This Scorpio full moon calls us more deeply inward, illuminating where we have been hiding from ourselves and the light from which we come.

Deep waters await, and a deeper embodiment of the pristine, primal light of the ALL. What mysteries will today’s lunation bring to the surface of our understanding? What treasures will our embodiment reveal?

With the Sun in Taurus and the full moon’s Scorpionic reflection straddling our worldview, we are offered an architectural preview, a blueprint for further embodiment. The harder we press for revelation, the more deeply it retreats into mystery, leading us further away from our questing and towards inevitable truth.

How tricksey is the concept of truth? There is only one TRUTH. Can anyone claim to know it in its entirety? No human mind, no matter how we have been taught. Does it then stand to reason that “only God knows”? That concept is at least equally tricksey. What do we believe? As we believe, so life is for us. So if “I” believe in my truth and “they” believe in theirs, our lives run differently? On the surface, yes. The Wesak Moon reveals depths beneath the surface mythology. What aspects of us have been hiding in plain sight all along?

What are we acting out, out of habit and familiarity, that masks the flow of TRUTH? What can we let go?

First and foremost is the fear of being “nothing.” How could that be true when we are born of “everything”?

When we relax into our Source Essence and commit to living from that lightstream, the fun begins!
