Welcome to a New Calendar Cycle
And let’s not forget tomorrow’s full moon. This emotion-laden Cancer moon leads the way through thirteen full moons of 2026. It may well show us where we are still a bit wonky or unbalanced, at the deepest levels of our being. And, where we still have control patterns running, covert though they may be.
In 2023, we experienced the Thirteen Jewels of Transformation. This year is a year of integrations. It is important to note, on our remembering journey, that we can not integrate what is not ours. There is much confusion about the Oneness and integration.
When contemplating the enormity of what is transpiring on the planet, I always remember a line from the end of Tolkien’s The Hobbit where Gandalf reminds Bilbo that he is only a little guy in a wide world. We are each a fractal of the vast frequency tapestry woven through and by Divinity. Not so important, yet unique and precious, every one.
One of the best things ever said to me was, “You know they don’t need you, specifically, to do anything.” The commenter grinned and giggled. When we become attached to any kind of agenda, there is usually an identity in play. What identity? What is stuck in the “wear me” position on the rack and won’t let go? What archetypal alignment is resisting fluid deployment and holding on to a specific way of acting out?
Once we drop through the emotional content of anything, we find the trigger of protective control defending the identity. It fears its demise, certainly, but the identity pattern is generally more afraid of having its nether regions in the wind. Fear of exposure. Oh no! The pattern fears being outed and a subsequent loss of self-importance. Every identity has this shield wall, deeply rooted in a context we tend to ignore. The more work we have done, the trickier it can be to spot the origin trigger of an archetypal acting out, especially if it was implanted or inherited and not ‘ours’ in the first place. This is less complicated to resolve than it might seem if we are willing.

So, integration. The endings and beginnings of 2025 and this first quiet period of 2026 are the sorting hat I and others have mentioned. The architecture of integration is that we assimilate, allow our Source Essence to sort, and integrate what resonates {what belongs to us} and shed everything else. Everything else. 2025 was about discernment. Discernment protects our true abundance. The more discerning we are about what truly resonates with us, with no pretense, the more abundant we become. This year, the manifestations begin. Translation: This is the FUN we have awaited.
We are always supported by Source in observing what parts of old patterns may never have been ours. Perhaps we have been trying to integrate something that falls in the Sesame Street category of “Which of these things is not like the others?” Which of these things is not a part of YOU? This is where the confusion comes in between the Oneness and our particular incarnated fractals of frequency. This is the year we have the opportunity to live the difference. Try to integrate everything into this embodiment? As my Scottish Terrier KT would say, “You’ll psplode.” This life is about embodiment, and these bodies were not designed to hold everything.
Integration happens when we assimilate according to our unique and precious resonance and not on any other terms.
